• PTH 101 between Portage and Selkirk – traffic reduced to one lane in each direction using a temporary detour on east side of PTH 101 until August 2012
• Turning restrictions in effect for roads that intersect PTH 101 in this area
• Saskatchewan Ave closed to traffic at PTH 101 and traffic signal removed
• Paddock Rd intersection closed; use access via Boychuk Rd
• Access maintained to and from the Red River Exhibition
